Azzurra Ruffert nasce a Venezia e vive tutt’ora nella splendida citta lagunare.
Dai 6 ai 9 anni, pratica ginnastica artistica, nei 15 anni successivi si dedica al tennis a livello agonistico, seguita dal fratello e dai migliori insegnanti del Veneto.
Dopo la sua prima lezione di Yoga, si e’completamente innamorata di questa disciplina e ha deciso di approfondirne la conoscenza, seguendo seminari in giro per l’Italia, praticando con dedizione tutti i giorni e seguendo gli insegnamenti di illustri Maestri, come B. K. S. Iyengar, dal quale trae costantemente ispirazione.
Azzurra ritiene fermamente che la potenza dello Yoga trasformi completamente la mente, creando armonia e connessione con la nostra anima.
