Inizia la pratica dell’Hatha Yoga nel 2010 presso lo Sivananda Yoga Center di Firenze. Trovando subito benefici si appassiona alla disciplina e decide di approfondirne lo studio in India presso l’ Ahymsina di Rishikesh dove rimane per circa 2 mesi e mezzo.
Nel 2018 approfondisce ulteriormente lo studio dei Chakra con Sonia Catalini (Sarita Yoga ERYT 350) ottenendo l’attestato riconosciuto ASI e completa con la stessa il corso formazione insegnanti RYT- 250 PLUS Yoga Alliance (International/Italia).
