Insegnante Yoga Esperta Registrata (ERYT) con Yoga Alliance® Italia
Ho conosciuto lo yoga nel 1992 grazie all’incontro con la mia Guida Spirituale Maestro Lila Avathy (allieva di Richard Hittleman). Sono diventata sua assistente e collaboratrice organizzando incontri e seminari. Nel 1994/95 ho iniziato a mia volta ad insegnare questa meravigliosa disciplina divulgandone i principi fondamentali veri e profondi.
Nel 2011 ho conseguito la laurea in Scienze Umanistiche presso la “Sapienza” di Roma e cio’ mi ha permesso di approfondire, tra le altre cose, la cultura e l’arte dei popoli asiatici o meglio lo “spirito” dell’India come amo definirlo. Dal 2016 sono Istruttore Nazionale Yoga (CSEN) e Senior Yoga Teacher (YAP). Insegno presso un centro medico che si occupa di salute e benessere a 360 gradi. Oltre allo yoga ho conseguito il diploma di “Operatore Ayurveda”.
