Scuola Yoga Registrata (RYS/CEAS) con Yoga Alliance® Italia
Sarita Yoga nasce dal profondo amore per lo yoga di Sonia Catalini e dal desiderio di far conoscere questa disciplina al maggior numero possibile di persone senza distinzione di razza,condizione sociale, abilita’ e religione.
La scuola propone un corso certificato RYT 250 PLUS (Yoga Alliance-Italia International) durante il quale gli allievi approfondiranno le loro conoscenze di teoria e pratica , indirizzate? alla nascita di nuovi insegnanti preparati ed entusiasti.
I docenti del corso sono formatori di Yoga ,discipline orientali ed esperti di anatomia e fisiologia.
Il corso si svolgera’ in uno studio nel cuore di Roma e nel programma ci saranno diverse lezioni all’aperto che avranno come cornice la storia millenaria della citta’ eterna.
Nel cammino degli otto passi dello Yoga ,vi aspettiamo con gioia.
