Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance®
Ho iniziato a praticare yoga nel 1995 con diversi insegnanti, sperimentando stili diversi: Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Asthanga. Nel 2009 ho iniziato la pratica presso l’ Associazione Yoga Shakti di Civitanova Marche (Italia) con il Maestro Felice Vernillo e dal 2010 al 2014 ho seguito il corso di formazione conseguendo il diploma di insegnante Yoga. La formazione e’ continuata annualmente nella stessa scuola con corsi di approfondimento su Hatha yoga, Pranayama e meditazione. Ho partecipato a diversi seminari con insegnanti qualificati: Paola Porta Casucci (2013/2014), Karin Montali (2015) Eyal Shifroni (2016).Dal 2014 conduco corsi di yoga per adulti presso l’ associazione Hatha Yoga Studio di Porto San Giorgio-Italia.
