Insegnante Yoga Registrata (RYT) con Yoga Alliance®
Appassionata sin da adolescente alle discipline olistiche nel 2009 mi avvicino concretamente a questo mondo con un corso di massaggio ayurvedico Abyangam tenuto dal maestro Alessandro Puccio presso il centro “Aom Yoga e Ayurveda”a Palermo.
Dopo aver preso l’attestato nel 2010, avendo avuto modo di conoscere e praticare lo yoga nasce la voglia di approfondire la disciplina. Dopo alcuni anni di ricerca, nel 2015 conosco Spazio zoema e spinta dalla voglia di insegnare, intrapendo un percorso formativo con la maestra Manuela Colli presso il suo centro “Spazio Zoema”, prendendo l’attestato di Istruttrice di Hatha Yoga e Asana & massage air. Attualmente lavoro in varie strutture e continuo ad ampliare e approfondire la conoscenza di quest’antica disciplina partecipando a seminari e corsi di formazione .
