Provengo da sport di gruppo a livello agonistico, sono passata poi ad allenare e ho continuato a studiare il corpo umano attraverso la ginnastica posturale e la riflessologia plantare. Da molti anni insegno ginnastica posturale e nel contempo ho conosciuto la disciplina dello yoga. Ben presto la mia curiosità mi ha portata a sperimentare vari tipi di yoga yin, iyengar, bikram, power, hatha, tutte esperienze utili che hanno contribuito ad arricchire il mio bagaglio.
Ora insegno Yoga posturale che è l’unione tra hatha yoga e ginnastica posturale, disciplina che ritengo completa perché oltre alle asana cura la postura e il corpo energetico.
Il desiderio di capire e di approfondire attraverso lo studio e la pratica mi porta ad un’evoluzione continua.
