Da sempre appassionato di sport, mi sono avvicinato allo Yoga dapprima nella sua forma più fisica interessandomi poi nel tempo alla suo contenuto più spirituale. Dal 2014 lo Yoga entra a far parte della mia vita e nel 2016 decido di iscrivermi ad un corso formazione insegnanti presso il Kriya Yoga Ashram di Giovanni Formisano, sotto la cui guida mi certifico RYT 200 nell’Agosto 2018.
Comincio sin da subito ad insegnare presso diversi centri di Milano e nel gennaio 2019 mi iscrivo ad un nuovo corso insegnanti condotto da Ambra Vallo presso lo Spazio garibaldi-Yoga Essential di MIlano. Nel Luglio 2019 mi Certificato insegnante Hatha Raja RYS 250 hrs e proseguo tuttora la mia esperienza di insegnante.
