Nel 2000 inizio a praticare Iyengar yoga nella scuola romana dell’ insegnante Patrizia Gregori. Seguendo Patrizia nel suo percorso di studio e ricerca di verita’ della pratica pura e originaria del maestro B.K.S. Iyengar, giungo grazie a lei da Dona Holleman nel 2008. Questo incontro sara’ fondamentale per la mia pratica e la mia vita.
Tra il 2008-2011 Inizio un percorso di formazione per certificarmi nel 2011 come insegnante Centered Yoga e ad oggi continuo a seguire e praticare con Dona Holleman nello spirito originario dello yoga.
Nel 2011 nasce l’ International Centered Yoga in cui si tengono corsi di Formazione per Insegnanti con la supervisione di Dona Holleman. Sono socia fondatrice del Centered Yoga e ad oggi attivo membro del consiglio Direttivo.
