Elena Mazzetti e’ nata e vive a Brescia.
Laureata in Lettere Moderne presso l’Universita’ Statale di Milano, insegna nella Scuola Secondaria di I°grado.
Ha incontrato lo yoga in occasione di una lezione di prova proposta all’interno di un centro fitness e ha sentito di non poterlo piu’ lasciare. Ha iniziato la pratica nel 2007 con Vilma Galli, per proseguire con Luna Teresi presso la scuola “Shanti Sundari†, dove ha frequentato il Corso triennale di formazione insegnanti yoga (500h).
Nel 2016 ha conseguito il diploma riconosciuto da CSEN e CONI. Dall’ottobre dello stesso anno frequenta la scuola Yogaloft23 , dove ha partecipato al corso formazione insegnanti RYT 250 PLUS.
