Approfondisce l’ Hatha Yoga sotto la guida del maestro Sw. Dhyan Nirman Roberto Boschini e consegue il diploma di insegnante Hatha Yoga nel 2017.
Si specializza anche in Prenatal Yoga con l’insegnante Rosalba Piarulli. Riceve l’ iniziazione al Reiki di Usui con Ma Deva Shakti. Approfondisce con l’insegnante Anna Taddonio, l’arte del massaggio vibrazionale sonoro con le campane tibetane. Pratica meditazione e mindfulness nella tradizione del monaco buddhista Thich Nhat Hanh. Insegna Hatha Yoga e Yoga in Gravidanza e Post Parto a Bari.
