Mi chiamo Serena e sono un’insegnante di yoga.
Ho iniziato a praticare yoga nel 2009 sperimentando diversi stili di yoga e avvicinandomi sempre più alla meditazione. Ho iniziato il mio viaggio studiando e praticando il metodo Satyananda®, un metodo completo sia da un punto di vista educativo che da un punto di vista fisico e spirituale. Questo percorso mi ha fatto incontrare maestri che sono stati in grado di trasmettere l’amore per la pratica e per gli altri e una forte dedizione all’insegnamento.
Nel corso degli anni ho approfondito la mia formazione conseguendo il titolo di insegnante di Hatha Yoga, insegnante di yoga per bambini e insegnante di YIN YOGA
Attualmente vivo all’estero e lo porto yoga OVUNQUE ,con i miei corsi di formazione di insegnanti di yoga per bambini con il nuovo e completo metodo che ho creato grazie all’esperienza dell’insegnante di yoga per bambini qui dove Vivo (il metodo BimbiYoga®), formazione di insegnante di yoga per adulti e organizzo ritiri e seminari in tutta Italia ed Europa
